We operate as a fully independent, fee-transparent consulting firm. Our compensation is disclosed. Our recommendations are data-driven. And our commitment to clients extends well beyond the annual renewal cycle.

The benefits industry has a consolidation problem. Large national firms have grown through acquisition, and with that growth has come the anonymity and complacency that defines the commodity brokerage experience.
